Lab Testing for Heally Partners

Everything you sell, what it costs you, what you can charge, and exactly how an order runs from your portal to a result in the patient's chart.

How the lab program works

No doctor visit is required to order labs. You create the patient and order the panel directly from your portal. Everything downstream is handled for you.

 1. You create the patient in your portalClinic Portal → Patient Charts → Create New Patient → save.
 2. Schedule the lab and complete intakeThe patient selects any add-ons during intake, then a card is added. You are the one setting the price.
 3. Heally places the orderThe requisition goes to our diagnostics partner and the draw is authorized at LabCorp nationwide.
 4. The blood gets drawn, two waysEither you draw it yourself on a mobile visit and drop the sample at any LabCorp, or the patient walks into any LabCorp location and you do nothing.
 5. Results land in the chartThe lab report plus a plain-language AI interpretation loads into the patient's document section. You and the patient both get access.
 6. Our care team handles the patientCalls, texts and emails are answered under your brand, M–F 9am–10pm PT. You are not doing customer service.
Where labs are not available: New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island. Everything else is nationwide. Flag lab needs in those three states with the care team before the patient books.

Your economics

Three components, no surprises. There is no monthly fee and no minimum volume.

Lab cost

$129

Base panel, your cost. Add-ons stack on top at the prices below.

Platform Fee

$30

Per lab order. Charged once per order, not per marker.

Processing

3.5%

Calculated on whatever you charge the patient, not on your cost.

Monthly

$0

No monthly fee, no minimums. You pay only when you run something.

You set every patient price. The retail figures throughout this document are suggestions to anchor from, not requirements. Take-home columns are calculated at an exact 3.5% and already net out your lab cost and the Platform Fee where it applies.

Add-on packages

These stack on top of the base panel and the patient selects them at intake. No second Platform Fee, so the margin on an add-on is cleaner than on the base.

Individual markers

For patients who want something specific, or for building a targeted panel. These are markers not already covered by the base panel. Anything already in the base does not need to be ordered again.

Not on this list? The catalog behind this program is far larger than what is printed here. If a patient or provider asks for a marker you do not see, ask your account manager. Most routine assays can be sourced and quoted within a few business days.

Specialty and advanced testing

Higher-ticket tests that run through different laboratories. These are separate orders, not add-ons to the base panel.

TestYour costSuggested retail You keep
DUTCH Complete hormone test$310$399$75.03
DUTCH Plus (adds cortisol awakening response)$410$599$168.03

Gut health and methylation panels are also available. Ask your account manager for current pricing, as these move more often than the core menu.

Custom panels

You can have your own named panels built, priced and sold under your brand.

 1. You send the marker list and the nameTell us exactly which biomarkers go in and what you want patients to see it called.
 2. We build and submit it to the labThe panel is assembled from individual markers and submitted for laboratory approval. This step runs on the lab's timeline, not ours.
 3. It becomes a product in your portalOnce approved, we build it as a purchasable item at your retail price, under your branding.
Two things to plan around. First, timing: laboratory approval is outside our control, so build in runway rather than launching a campaign against a fixed date. Second, cost: a small number of custom panels is normally absorbed into your onboarding. A large custom menu, particularly one that requires sourcing markers not currently on our price sheet, may carry a one-time setup cost. You will always see a number before anything is committed.
The faster path: start selling the base panel now. It is already built and it already covers most of what a general wellness or longevity panel would contain. Layer custom panels in behind it as they clear rather than holding your launch for them.

How to present and sell it

What works for partners already running this.

Three packages beat one price

Entry

Base panel, patient draws at LabCorp. Price it at $199. Lowest friction, highest volume, and it gets someone into your system.

Concierge

Base panel with the blood draw included. Price it at $250 to $299. The draw is your differentiator and it is what justifies the step up.

Full workup

Base panel, two or three add-ons, and the $49 results consultation. Price it at $399 and up. This is where the margin actually lives.

What to say

Lead with access and price, not with diagnosis. Most people have never had these markers run because their doctor would not order them or their insurance would not cover them. The offer is a comprehensive picture of their health, on their schedule, at a cash price they can see up front, with results explained in plain language. Let the provider handle anything clinical.

Practical notes

Repeat business

A panel is naturally repeatable at 3 to 6 months. Sell the retest at the point of the first result, not months later by email.

Bundle the consult

Patients who review results with a provider buy add-ons at a materially higher rate. It costs you $49.

Do not over-menu

Three clear packages convert better than fifteen options. Put the long marker list behind a link, not on the buy page.

Cash-pay only

No insurance is billed. Heally processes the card and the balance lands in your portal.

What has to be on your website

Required by Section 16 of your agreement and checked during your free pre-launch website review. Paste these word for word. Do not paraphrase them.

1. Powered by Heally link — footer of your primary public site

Powered by Heally

2. Sitewide medical disclaimer

All medical decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare professionals. Medications are prescribed only when medically necessary. GLP-1 medications are not suitable for everyone. Results may vary.

3. Results disclaimer — next to any results, efficacy or trial-data claim

Results vary. Clinical trial results apply only to the FDA-approved branded medication specifically identified and do not apply to compounded medications. All medications must be prescribed by a licensed provider based on medical necessity.

Claims to avoid on lab marketing

Do notInstead
Promise that a panel will diagnose, detect or rule out a specific diseaseDescribe what the panel measures and let the provider interpret it
Guarantee results, or imply typical outcomes from before-and-after materialCite published data with the source named, and add "results vary"
Present lab results as a substitute for medical carePosition labs as information the patient brings to a provider
Publish your scheduling links before your account is confirmed liveWait for the single "you are live" confirmation from your account manager
Your website review is free and turns around in 24 to 48 hours. You get a point-by-point list of required edits. Run it before you launch, not after.

Questions partners actually ask

Does the patient need a doctor visit to order labs?
No. You create the patient and order the panel directly from your portal. A provider is only required if you want the results reviewed clinically, which is the $49 consultation add-on.
Who draws the blood?
Either you do, on a mobile visit, and drop the sample at any LabCorp. Or the patient walks into any LabCorp location and you do nothing. Both routes use the same requisition.
How long do results take?
Most markers on the base panel resolve within a few business days of the draw. Specialty and send-out tests take longer. Results plus the AI interpretation load into the patient's document section automatically.
Can a patient build their own panel from individual markers?
Yes, from the individual marker list above. Custom named panels sold as a product under your brand follow the custom panel process in that section.
Do add-ons carry a second Platform Fee?
No. The $30 Platform Fee is charged once per lab order regardless of how many add-ons are on it. This is why bundling add-ons is the highest-margin move available to you.
Do I have to handle patient support?
No. The Heally care team answers your patients' calls, texts and emails under your brand, M–F 9am–10pm PT.
Do patients ever see the Heally brand?
No. Your portal, your links, your emails and your patient notifications all carry your brand.
Is insurance ever billed?
No. This is cash-pay only. Heally is the merchant of record, processes the card, and the balance lands in your portal.
Can I sell more than labs?
Yes. The full Heally menu is resellable under your brand, including weight loss, hormones and sexual health. Those visits carry the $40 Platform Fee per completed visit or prescription rather than the $30 lab rate, and medication passes through at actual pharmacy cost with no markup.
What happens if a marker I need is not on the price sheet?
Ask your account manager. Most routine assays can be sourced and quoted within a few business days. Some genuinely are not available, and you will get a straight answer either way rather than a maybe.
